2 hours of fun-filled excitement with gymnastics instruction by our “Party Coaches”, pizza and beverages (juice or pop) for all participants, paper goods for pizza and cake (unless you wish to provide your own), commemorative T-shirt for the birthday child signed by all party guests, special “birthday throne” with balloons for the birthday child and discount flyers for all party guests for enrollment in gymnastics classes!
- Birthday cake (don’t forget the candles!)
- Special paper goods (if you desire your own theme)
- Goody bags (if desired)
- All children participating in the party must be at least 4 years old
- Children should be dropped off no more than five minutes prior to the party start time
- Guests’ parents are allowed on the observation balcony or in the waiting room ONLY
- Coach/student ratio will be based on participants’ age, ability and the scheduled activities
Please try to book at least 4-6 weeks before your desired party date. To reserve your day & time, come into the gym office (the earlier, the better as days tend to fill quickly)
Parties can be scheduled on: Saturdays 3:30-5:30
Saturdays 4:30-6:30
Sundays 1:30-3:30
(We are sorry but no parties can be scheduled during the Summer Months)
- 3 days prior to your party, you are required to contact the gym with a final count (You will be charged a minimum of the number you call in, this is what we base our staff on)
- 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start, please arrive with cake and the permission slips for your child & his/her guests.
The cost is $18 per child for a 2 hour party (there is a 10 child minimum)
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required when the party is booked to reserve your day/time and our coaching staff. This deposit is applied to the balance which is due at the end of the party. The only forms of payment accepted are cash or check, as the office is not scheduled to be open. (Checks should be made payable to Torey Hirsch) |
