Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee

Each student is required to pay a $40 non-refundable registration fee. This fee covers insurance but is not an accident policy. Greater Buffalo Gymnastics & Fitness Center does not offer accident insurance so each student must be covered under his/her own insurance plan throughout their enrollment period. All registrations received after March 1, 2011 will be subject to a $30 registration fee. This fee will be carried through August 2011.

Tuition
Seasonal tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, regardless of gym closings, holidays or absences. Payments can be made in cash, by check or by Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, or Independant Health Flex Fit Family) and are due on the 1st of the month (regardless of the day of the week the 1st falls on). A drop box is provided outside the office for monthly tuition checks and payments. Checks may be mailed to the gym as well, but please make sure that your child's name is on the front of the check. A $5 late fee will be charged, per child, for all payments received after the 10th of the month. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a problem with payments arises, please contact the office immediately so we can work out a payment arrangement with you.

Family Discounts
If all children are registered prior to November 1, 2010 and remain in the program until June 2011, the following discounts will apply:
 
     * The first child enrolled pays regular tuition for all months
  • The second child enrolled from one family will receive the month of June for free.
  • If a third child is enrolled, the third child will receive the month of June for free and May tuition will be ½ the regular tuition.  The first and second siblings will pay regular tuition. 
  • If a fourth child in a family is enrolled, he or she will receive the months of May and June for free. The first three siblings will pay regular tuition.
